Subscription and Cancellation Policy

This Subscription and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which customers (“you,” “your”) purchase subscription-based products from Indacloud (“Indacloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website or any other official sales channel.


Subscription Overview

By enrolling in a subscription with Indacloud, you agree to receive recurring shipments of our physical products at the billing interval you select during checkout. All subscriptions automatically renew according to the chosen billing cycle until you cancel.


Subscribers receive discounted pricing on each recurring order as part of their active subscription.


Billing and Payments

  • Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.

  • Applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs are added to each recurring charge.

  • Indacloud accepts major credit cards for subscription payments.

  • You will receive an automated reminder prior to renewal.

Renewal and Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew based on the billing frequency selected at the time of purchase. You authorize Indacloud to automatically charge your saved payment method at each renewal date until you cancel your subscription.


If your payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until the issue is resolved.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Indacloud account and following the cancellation instructions or by contacting our support team at [email protected].


Cancellations take effect immediately and will prevent any unshipped upcoming orders from being processed. Any orders that have already been processed or shipped prior to cancellation will be fulfilled as scheduled.


Once cancelled, your subscription discount and benefits will no longer apply to future purchases.


Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure you review your order details before confirming payment.


Account and Data Retention

Indacloud subscriptions are managed through the WooCommerce Subscriptions platform. All account information, order history, and billing details are securely stored and processed through WooCommerce in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.


Cancelling your subscription will not delete your Indacloud customer account. Your order history, account information, and preferences will remain available should you choose to resubscribe or make future purchases.


Changes to Subscription Terms

Indacloud reserves the right to modify or update this Policy, subscription pricing, billing cycles, or terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in a subscription after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Policy is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
